Infinix will launch their first pop-up camera phone in the next year. The year 2020 promises to be more fun for infinix users as rumours have it that infinix mobility will launch its first-ever pop-up camera phone.

The chief executive officer of the company, Mr Benjamin Jiang has recently stated in his radio interview that “The first quarter of 2020 will see a remarkable change for their customers. He hinted that the company is taking steps to introduce its first pop-up camera on a smartphone.  Mr Benjamin said their company thrives on innovative ideas and will continue to set the standard for budget phone manufacturers.”

It isn’t clear as to which model will have the pop-up selfie camera feature but we deduce from the interview, it is more likely to be either Infinix S5 Pro or S6. Whichever way you look at, it is clear that something positive will come from infinix in the year 2020.

Infinix country manager for Kenya Carter Tang has also hinted that plans are underway to launch a pop-up selfie camera phone somewhere in February 2020.

It is rumoured that the device will be powered by a Mediatek processor. The device will also feature XOS 5.0 operating system base on Android 10.

However, our team will update this when we receive new information about the device. Infinix is among few mobile companies that manufacturer inexpensive middle range smartphones.
