Most Samsung owners complain about the Smart Unlock feature not functioning correctly even when the location is set accurately. This issue mostly happens when Smart Unlock is used based on location like a home or office.
If you are you experiencing the same? Clutch to the instructions below to solve this issue.
- It could have been caused by the constant GPS connection problems on the Samsung Galaxy S20 device. Luckily for users, this has since been rectified with a software update.
- If the issue persists, it might be best to set up a Bixby routine. To make that happen, head to Settings > Advanced features and click on “Bixby Routines.”
A Bixby Routines toggle will also be seen under “Quick Settings.” Click on the name and not the toggle. As soon as the page opens, click on “Details.” “Smart Unlock” will be visible on the list of existing presets in the “My routines” section.
