Mr. Drew has been caught up in a lot of headlines because he supposedly decided to do a cover for Rotimi’s “Love Riddim” without seeking the consent of Rotimi

Although Mr. Drew‘s name is the most mentioned in this whole brouhaha, multiple award-winning Dancehall artiste, Livingstone Etse Satekla aka Stonebwoy is roped in along the lines because he featured on it.

In an attempt to clear his name and brand from all the name tagging— as unprofessional in this whole brouhaha, Stonebwoy has revealed that he never knew that the song was a cover when he decided to drop the verse as Mr. Drew has inferred in his interviews with Zionfelix and Andy Dosty earlier today.

According to Stonebwoy, he only became aware that the song was a cover when his kid brother, Selasi prompted him.

He added that after he got to know this, he urged Mr. Drew and his boss, Kaywa to go through the needed processes to prevent the current situation from happening.
