American Hollywood actor who featured in Black Panther, Chadwick Boseman, has died in his home at the age of 43.

Chadwick Boseman was born in 1977—and passed away after battling colon cancer for 4 years. He was first diagnosed with cancer in 2016. He died with his family and wife by his side, according to a statement posted on his official Twitter account and other social media accounts.

The 21 Bridges star was confirmed dead on Friday, August 28, 2020 through an official release on his social media handles.”

It is with immeasurable grief that we confirm the passing of Chadwick Boseman.⁣ Chadwick was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer in 2016, and battled with it these last 4 years as it progressed to stage IV. ⁣

From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilson’s Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom and several more, all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. ⁣It was the honor of his career to bring King T’Challa to life in Black Panther.
