Monique Mawulawe Agbedekpui, who represented the Volta Region, was crowned Miss Ghana 2020. She was crowned during the finals held August 21 at the National Theater in Accra.
She came out first out of 15 other candidates that competed strongly for the crown. She has also secured the ticket to represent the African nation in the next edition of the Miss World contest.

Also, Isabella Agbo and Annlisa Anangfio placed first and second runners-up, respectively.
