A property agent has made a shocking allegation against Ghanaian musician, Stonebwoy.
During a recent interview, the realtor, ID’d as, Derrick Appiah, alleged that the award-winning musician threatened to kill him after a misunderstanding in the course of a commercial transaction.
The realtor spoke about his meeting with Stonebwoy and how things got out of hand with Ghanaian blogger Attractive Mustapha.
According to Mr Appiah, he helped several celebrities get a very decent home deal, but he admitted during the interview that most of them, such as Stonebwoy, were difficult to work with.
He explained that despite filing an official complaint for the musician’s arrest, the police took no action.
“I rented him a house and later I sold him his current home in 2019
“Under the terms of the deal, Stonebwoy was He was supposed to pay me 5% of $440,000 in commission, but he refused to keep his end of the deal — instead he reduced the agent fee from 5% to 2% which is $8,800.
“Furthermore, Stonebwoy gave me $500 instead of the 2% agreed on and told me that if I don’t accept the $500 he’ll not give me any additional money ”.
“Instead of 2%, which is $8800, he gave me $500 and I returned the money to him and asked him to pay my money in full because it was supposed to be 5%, however, for peace to prevail, I agreed to take the 2%.
“I told him that when they contacted me to get them a home, initially, I was dealing with his wife — immediately I said that he warned me if I ever mention his site’s name again, he’ll kill me and go to prison”
